Here I'm trying to answer some questions about my shop. If you have any further questions, please send an I try to answer all as soon as possible.
Delivery time Normally I check my e-mails every day and you will receive the ordered patterns within a few hours. But please remember that there are many hours of time difference between Europe and Overseas. So it may last up to 24 hours until you will get the patterns. If you didn't receive the files within a day, please let me know by e-mail. If I'm on holidays, I will leave a message on my shop-website.
Shipping and Handling There is no fee for the shipping and handling of pd-files.
Payment Payments from overseas are only possible with PayPal. If you live in Europe, please contact me and I will give you the datas for bank transfer.
Printing pdf-files All patterns are in pdf-file format and can be opened and printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may download it here for free:
Please follow the instructions given on the Adobe-Website. Before printing the pattern you have to make sure, that Adobe Acrobat Reader will not resize the pattern: unmark all boxes, that will adjust the printout. After printing the pattern, please check the correct size by means of the one-inch-square. |
